Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting cards to My Graded Cards (MGC) or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Grading Services
MGC provides professional card grading services. All grading decisions are final and based on the condition of the card at the time of assessment. Grades reflect our professional opinion using our published 10-point scale.
3. Submission Requirements
Cards submitted for grading must be sent in a secure, protective manner. MGC is not responsible for cards damaged in transit to our facility. All submissions must include a completed submission form with accurate contact and payment details.
4. Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. MGC will make every effort to meet published timeframes but is not liable for delays caused by volume, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Fees and Payment
Grading fees are due at the time of submission. All fees are non-refundable once grading has commenced. MGC reserves the right to update its pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for new submissions.
6. Liability
MGC takes every precaution to protect submitted cards. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in our custody, our liability is limited to the declared value of the card at the time of submission, not to exceed $500 per card unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Return Shipping
Return shipping is included in all service tiers. MGC will ship graded slabs via a tracked service to the address provided at submission. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the MGC website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of My Graded Cards. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
